Was shocked to here on Dec 31 and it wasn’t busy! Not my usual LCBO but the location closer to home that I usually go to didn’t have the advertised sale item in Stock so they checked and told me it was available here. And it was. Nice store, nice a bright and good service. Only negative is the small and very busy parking lot.

What can ya say about the liquor store.. Its exactly what you expect. Lots of booze but this store has great staff and their always cleaning the store and helping people. It's the orginal lcbo for people like me who've lived in milton for the last 36 years or more. Never have a problem with staff. Great bunch over there!

Manager is a cold man. A guy brought in a dog, in and out. Scolding him. I understand animals are not allowed in stores technically but as management you have wiggle room. ( i am a manager myself )He wouldnt leave the guy alone as he was at cash. I live in toronto and have never had this problem. Milton is supposed to be a nice town and as a bystander that interaction upset me.

Great choice of wines and beers from all around the world. I only out 2 stars because the Vintages product advisors is very unfriendly, doesn’t greet customers, never say thank you whether you buy for $15 or $300 worth of wine. That’s unfortunate. I live 5 minutes from this store but now go to the South Milton store where staff is much friendlier. It’s part of the experience, right?!

I was here on New Years Eve at 6:25 because the sign on their door and their website said they would be open until 8pm on Dec 31. The screen door inside was partially closed as they do as they are closing up. They were shut more than an hour and a half early. There was no sign saying sorry for the inconvenience due to mitigating circumstances (whatever they may be power outage, staff shortage etc) we had to close earlier than expected. They couldn't even put up a simple sign. People plan by what the store posts as their holiday and regular hours. We went over to Superstore where we saw many patrons who had tried to go to the store. I would put no stars if it let me. This was not at all a customer focused experience.
